HMK BEAUTY - Treatment Policies
Appointments & payments
•Full payment is due on the day of your appointment, we accept cash and card payments.
•Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 10-15 minutes late may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of your appointment
Cancellation & No show policy
•A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
* cancellations made within 40 hours will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.
* Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge
* Outstanding fee fees must be paid before any future bookings can be made
Refunds
•Due to the nature of beauty services, no refunds are provided on completed treatments.
•If you have any concerns, you must contact HMK Beauty within 48 hours of your appointment.
•Adjustments may be offered where appropriate at the discretion of HMK Beauty.
HMK Beauty Academy - Training Policies
Course Cancellations & Transfers
* Course deposits are strictly non-refundable.
* Students may transfer their course date once with a minimum of 7 days notice.
* Transfers requested with less than 7 days notice may result in a loss of deposit.
* Failure to attend without notice will result in a loss of deposit and the full course balance remaining payable
Course Bookings & Deposits
•A non refundable deposit is required to secure your course date.
•The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or on the day of training (as agreed at booking)
•Course dates are not confirmed until the deposit has been recieved.
Refund policy (training)
•No refunds are provided for change of mind
•No refunds are issued once a course has been attended or completed.
•If HMK Beauty Academy is required to cancel or reschedule a course, an alternative date will be offered at the soonest convenience.
Certification & course completion
•Certificates are issued upon successful completion of both theory and practical assessment.
•Students must demonstrate a satisfactory standard of work in order to receive certification.
Student Responsibilities
•Students are responsible for arranging suitable models of required
•Students must disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to training
•HMK Beauty Academy reserves the right to refuse training if safety standards are not met.
